9-11

Before 9-11 air travel was very different, we weren’t quite aware of the effects of not having good security could cause.  After 9-11 airplanes traveler numbers immediately dropped which not only caused airline problems but hotels too. If people didn’t travel they didn’t need to stay at hotel which makes the hotel lose money. After the attack security improved with metal dectors and a fully body scan.  They have better security and flight plans; air traffic control has improved since this event. People are communicating better. Today some will only fly because they know it is safer, others will not fly because of the tragic event scared them.  After 9-11 the amount of things banned from airports increased. Such as you can’t have any sport item with you like a baseball or something like that. No liquids over a certain amount of weight.  You can’t have spilliable batteries and there are many more. 9-11 changed everyone life they became more aware of dangerous things. It still affecting many people today and that won’t change for a while. Some people look at this as a sign saying we need to be on top of our security or much worse things could happen. We need to be more aware.
