This article is about china and it agressivness. No body wants to be China's neighboor becausae they are scared of them. Benjjing is very demanding in this article it has elevated it demands to South China. They don't want to containment China because they don't want a war. The title "Containment - Lite" mean that people are ocntained and they can t do anythinhg about china.
Reflection:
I think that this article expresses a lot of negativity to China when really they are just defending themselves . What country wants to be weak so that can other countries can just step on them.
