This article was confusing but what they are talking about is how globalazation has affected both India and China. Some people say that these countries are both very advanced but maybe there not as advanced as we think they are. In this artcile they were also talking about how India can have cheap cellphones for the poor. They talk about how people in India the one's who are poor cannot afford the improtant things like healthcare and what not.
